I resent the fact that I am posting to my blog, just to post a christmas list...
But I suppose it's necessary.

Things I want people to try for:
A large ReadyMade magazine collection.

This is my easy wishlist.. of things that don't take any effort.
Although I'd be happy, wouldn't you be a bit disappointed with your effort??
I'm just kidding. Seriously it's whatever.

In Loving Memory of Chris Cowden,
Dad to my dear dear friend,
Mallory Brooke Crockett Cowden Woods...

Oh and 4 days ago.
was Mallory's 1 yr mark.
May 17.
One year from having to watch her crumble.
I never want to have to see that again.
She is easily one of my best friends.
And she is my inspiration to be strong.
She is the strongest person I know.
They had a run, The See Spot Run, in Guthrie on the 16th.
Trey won the 10k for Mal, and Chris, and himself
God could not have prepared a better husband for my best friend.
I love them both so much.
What some may see as a waste of time, I feel like I had the most productive day.
I got to see Mal first thing this morning.
I got to go to a classroom where my intellect is recognized.
I got to work out with my neighbor.
I got to shower.
I got to use deodorant that works.
I got to meet new people.
I got to make my own decisions when it came to past bad habits.
I got to watch every existing Terminator, one after the other.
and now I get to go to bed.
It's funny how optimistic everything sounds when you treat each activity of your life as a privilege. It's funny how important that is to me. Or maybe not funny, but it sure does put a smile on my face at the end of the day.
